Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled before auto-renewal. No retention calls, no dark patterns.

Yes. The Free Trial tier gives you 14 days of full access to Dashboard and Sales Analytics for up to 100 SKUs. No credit card required, no auto-conversion to paid.

Amazon US is fully supported at launch via SP-API. eBay, Walmart, and Shopify integrations are available on Pro and Enterprise tiers. Amazon Canada, Mexico, and EU marketplaces are on the roadmap for 2026.

Your SP-API credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and are read-only by default. Any write operations — repricer actions, listing updates — require explicit, per-rule authorization that you control and can revoke instantly. All data in transit uses TLS 1.3. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties. We do not train AI models on it. Ever. For Enterprise and lender partners, we offer isolated tenant deployments with dedicated encryption keys and full audit logging.

Seller Calculus isn't built for everyone, and that's deliberate. If you're under $500K GMV, doing retail arbitrage, dropshipping, or hunting for your next product to launch — this isn't your tool. Helium 10 and Jungle Scout will serve you better. If you need basic P&L reporting and nothing else, Sellerboard is cheaper and sufficient. Yes. The Pro tier includes read-only API access with documented endpoints for inventory, orders, and analytics. Enterprise includes full read/write API access plus webhook subscriptions for real-time events. Full API documentation publishes at launch.

Yes. The Enterprise tier includes full lender integration capability. Asset-based lenders can access the same collateral valuation engine we use internally to underwrite inventory-backed credit facilities, delivered through a secure API with full audit logging and SOC 2-aligned controls.
